Millions of Mormons (Latter-Day Saints) around the world watched or listened to the broadcast of the semi-annual event.  Mormon church leaders speak on various topics of their own choosing, all testifying of the Savior Jesus Christ and His Gospel.  President Monson, Prophet of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, spoke to the church members.  He announced the construction of new temples, including five more in Brigham City, Utah; Concepcion, Chile; Fortaleza, Brazil; Ft. Lauderdale, Flordia; and Sapporo, Japan.
